Loopings und Karriereleitern sets two directional figures against one another: circular movement and vertical ascent. Rather than resolving this tension narratively, the painting translates it into a shifting field of gesture, layering and material density.
Pigment, resin and pictorial fragments accumulate, overlap and recede across the surface. Areas of compression are interrupted by openings and directional movements, while the resin introduces depth and changes the relationship between what appears embedded, exposed or suspended.
The work remains deliberately unstable in its reading. Depending on distance and attention, structures can appear to advance, dissolve or return — allowing progression and repetition to coexist within the same perceptual field.
