An artwork is given as a material arrangement, yet its perception is not uniform. Bodily position, attention, memory, context and consciousness all shape which structures come to the fore, how they are connected and what meaning emerges from them.
The five-part series Schnittpunkt paralleler Welten examines this difference between the physical conditions of a work and the various forms of its experience. Cosmos, Matter & Relations provide the shared frame of reference; through the Fields of Experience, that field is accessed differently each time. The parallel worlds of the series therefore do not describe separate universes, but simultaneous possible perceptions of the same material constellation.
Sheet 2 centres the composition on two line formations of unequal scale and density. A fine horizontal axis connects them across the open paper, while pale blue and grey watercolour zones behind them establish two differently weighted spaces. The connection does not make the forms equivalent; it renders their differing scale, density and position within the same field legible.
The intersection named by the title is not a point of complete agreement. It arises where different perceptions are referred to the same material counterpart. The artwork becomes a shared frame of reference in which different worlds of experience can become perceptible, visible, comparable and articulable, and enter into dialogue with one another.
